Bas Packaging
We deliver packaging solutions that combine performance, sustainability, and brand impact.
Explore our range of custom-printed, food-safe, and scalable packaging — designed to protect your product, strengthen your identity, and stand out in global markets.
Greener 2030 is our commitment to deliver sustainable packaging solutions where every product is designed to be recyclable or reusable by the end of the decade.
From FSC-certified paper to recycled, biodegradable, and plastic-free materials, we select every component with its full lifecycle in mind — from protection to disposal.
We approach sustainability as an engineering challenge, not a marketing claim. By reducing material weight, optimizing flat-pack designs, and eliminating non-recyclable layers, we create packaging that lowers both carbon footprint and operational costs.
Because in packaging, the smallest detail makes the biggest difference. A single coating, lamination, or window can determine whether a product is recyclable or not. That's why we evaluate every layer of every product — ensuring that sustainability is not just claimed, but achieved.
And we believe sustainability must be practical. Share your current packaging and target markets with us, and we will redesign it into a more circular, cost-efficient solution — with full transparency on materials, certifications, and trade-offs.
Greener 2030 is not a promise for the future. It's a solution you can put on the shelf today.

From concept to a shelf-ready product, we bring your brand to life on every pack with offset, flexographic and digital printing. Pantone-accurate colour, embossing, foiling, soft-touch coatings and custom die-cuts turn an ordinary box, cup or bag into something a customer notices on a crowded shelf — and remembers afterwards.
Packaging is the one piece of marketing people actually hold, so we make the print survive the supply chain as well as the shelf: food-safe inks where they touch food, colour held accurate from the first sheet to the last, and finishes used where they earn their place rather than everywhere. Whether it is a coffee brand's cup or a fast-food chain's wrap, the goal is the same — it should look like it could only be yours.
Behind a clean print is a lot of unglamorous control: we prepare your artwork properly for each process, manage colour against your brand references rather than a guess, and proof before committing a run — because the difference between nearly right and right is exactly what a customer's eye catches. Long runs go flexographic for consistency and cost; short runs and seasonal versions go digital, so a limited edition never carries the price of a million units.
We print across the whole range we make — paper bags, food boxes, cups and lids, wrapping and tray papers, napkins, cutlery sleeves, mailer boxes and NFC-enabled smart packs. For e-commerce especially, we design the inside of the box as carefully as the outside, because the unboxing moment is now part of the product — and a printed surface your customer photographs is marketing you never pay for twice.

Every batch passes rigorous checks from incoming raw material to final dispatch, measured against the sample you approved rather than a vague idea of 'good'. With ISO 9001 quality management, FSC responsible sourcing, REACH-compliant inks and food-grade materials, we produce packaging that is safe, traceable and consistent run after run.
Manufacturing to international standards is also what lets your product cross borders without surprises. We keep the chain-of-custody documentation your own audits and EU compliance need, so a launch is never held up over missing paperwork — and so the thousandth box matches the first.
A certificate on the wall is only worth what happens on the floor. ISO 9001 means a process that is written down, followed and corrected when it drifts; FSC means a paper trail that proves where the fibre came from; food-grade means materials and inks chosen for what they touch. We check incoming board against spec before it reaches a press, sample at set points across every run, and hold a shipment rather than send a flawed one and hope it passes.
Consistency is the quiet promise underneath all of it. A brand cannot build trust on packaging that changes from one order to the next, so we make the approved sample the contract and hold every run to it — colour, dimensions, structure and print. When a question comes up months later, we answer it with a traceable record rather than a guess, which is exactly what your own auditors and customers expect.

A certificate tells you what you need not check again at a packaging supplier. It does not tell you whether the glass register is complete, whether a batch traces backwards in thirty minutes or who tells you when the board changes. What a remote audit covers, what you have to travel for, which self-assessment answers to verify and how an audit turns into a corrective action plan.
A framework agreement does not lower the minimum run; it spreads it over twelve months. Whoever does not call off still buys in the end, and whoever leaves the leftover unregulated pays for the next menu change with a pallet. What the agreement settles and what only the call-off does, why the supplier prints the annual volume in one run, who stores and bears the risk, how many call-offs a chain needs and which lead time the contract actually means.
The standard measures grammage, it does not tolerate it: without an agreed tolerance there is nothing to reject at goods-in, and a quote without tolerances cannot be compared with any other. Which lines on grammage, dimensions, colour, sampling and pallet belong in a packaging specification, how many pieces you inspect and what happens when the scales show something other than the order.
A second supplier rarely fails on price and often on a question nobody asked in the first contract: who owns the cutting die and the printing plates, and what of that fits another plant at all. When a second supplier becomes a must, what data it really needs, where two plants differ on the shelf, what happens to marking and conformity, and from what volume a business can carry two minimum runs.
Since 12 August 2026 every pack placed on the EU market needs a declaration of conformity. For packaging that carries your brand, your supplier does not issue it; you do, and the supplier owes you the data it is built on. What that data set looks like, which test report belongs to the food-contact declaration, what a BRCGS certificate proves and what nobody can certify about recyclability yet.
Ice cream is sold in scoops, but cups are built in millilitres. Order “cups for two scoops” and you are ordering the number on your scoop without saying it. How to convert scoops into millilitres, why 250 and 300 ml are two completely different cups, what the lid does to the bin, and when the order has to leave so the cups are on the counter in March.
Trusted by food, e-commerce and retail brands across Europe
There is no single minimum: it is set per product and confirmed with your quote, because it depends on the item, the paper or board grade and the number of print colours. Plain, unprinted runs are the most flexible — tell us your item and quantity and we confirm the MOQ with your quote.
Lead time depends on the product, quantity and finishing. We confirm a firm date with your quote, and a sample is approved before any production run — so there are no surprises.
Size, material, print colours, finishes and quantity all move the price — higher volumes lower the unit cost. Because every job is custom there is no fixed price list; send us the spec and you’ll have a quote within 24 hours.
Yes. Almost everything we make is produced to order in custom sizes with your own logo and colours, matched to a Pantone reference and confirmed on a printed sample first.
Many of our paper-based products are food-grade, and recyclable or recycled-content options are available across most ranges. We’re honest about what a given spec actually is for your market rather than relying on a green-sounding label.
Yes — we produce a physical sample for you to approve before any full run. It’s the cheapest place to catch a colour or fit issue, so nothing is committed until you’ve signed it off.
